What The Bonus Programme Actually Is
When people search for casino offers, they usually expect promo codes, online deals, and a welcome bundle waiting behind a login. Our Colony Club bonus programme in Mayfair works very differently. There are no deposit codes to enter, no online wallet to unlock, no digital account dashboard at all.
What we run here is a set of live promotional offers, only inside the venue, and only on real gaming sessions on the casino floor at 24 Hertford Street, Mayfair, London W1J 7SA. Everything happens in person, at the tables, with our team tracking results on the night.
The Colony Club is operated by Genting Casinos UK. Whenever a promotion is active, we publish the details on our official venue page at gentingcasinos.co.uk/the-colony-club/whats-on/. Before you set off, that page is the most reliable place to start checking what is actually running.
One confirmed promo structure rewards players who manage a run of consecutive winning bets at certain tables. Verified prize levels currently listed include £250, £750, and £2,000, and there is a Diamond Chip reward at the very top tier. These figures are taken directly from the Genting “What’s On” section and match the live promotional format as it stands in 2026. Promo schedules do rotate over time, so an offer you see today may not still be on the floor next week.
Prize Tiers At A Glance
| Promotion Tier | Prize Value | Reward Format |
|---|---|---|
| Entry Level | £250 | Cash prize at table |
| Mid Level | £750 | Cash prize at table |
| Top Level | £2,000 | Cash prize at table |
| Premium Reward | Diamond Chip | In-venue chip reward |
These tiers are linked to sustained winning performance during one continuous playing session. The exact number of consecutive wins needed for each level is always confirmed by our floor staff when the promotion runs. Genting does not publish the full game mechanics online for this, which may feel a little unusual, but it is still fairly common practice for live, table-based promotions.
If you want the most current terms before you walk through the door, calling the venue directly is usually the quickest solution. It avoids guessing and lets our team talk you through how the prize ladder is being handled that evening.
A general point worth keeping in mind: when a casino chooses not to list every single rule of a promo online, it normally means the structure changes regularly. Coming in with a straightforward question ready for the floor manager tends to be more efficient than trying to piece the whole thing together from older promo pages.
How To Get Access
Getting access to an active Colony Club bonus offer is an in-person process from start to finish. There is no companion app to download, no deposit voucher to type in, and we do not ask you to register through an online form.
The route in looks roughly like this:
- Visit thecolonyclub.co.uk or gentingcasinos.co.uk/the-colony-club/ to see what is currently advertised before you leave home.
- Travel to 24 Hertford Street. The club is just off Park Lane, tucked into Mayfair but still simple enough to locate.
- Bring valid photo ID with you. Entry is strictly 18 or over, and our team checks this at the door every time.
- If you have never visited us before, register for membership at reception. Without membership, access to the gaming floor is not allowed.
- Once inside, speak with a member of our casino team about any promotions running that evening.
- Confirm that you are eligible, as some offers will apply only to specific games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Stud Poker, or Punto Banco.
- Start your session at the relevant table. Tracking for the promotion is handled manually by our floor staff, not through a digital screen.
- At the end of your qualifying session, collect any prize or reward directly at the table or reception, following the instructions from our team.
If you already hold Genting membership elsewhere in the UK, your existing card may work at The Colony Club too. We still advise checking this directly with our staff in advance, rather than assuming it is automatically valid for this venue.
