What the App Actually Is

We should say it straight away: there is no separate mobile app called The Colony Club in the app stores. What our members actually use is My Genting, which is Genting’s official app for The Colony Club and other UK venues. If you type “Colony Club app” into the App Store or Google Play, you will not find what you need. You need to search for My Genting instead.

Once My Genting is installed and you are signed in, the app connects directly to The Colony Club in Mayfair at 24 Hertford Street. Your Genting Rewards balance, future events, account top-ups - everything lives in a single place. The Colony Club is listed among the venues associated with My Genting, and any activity related to your visits here is recorded and visible in the same dashboard you use for other Genting locations.

One point that is sometimes missed: the app is not an online casino. There is no remote gaming, no slots or tables on your phone. All gaming remains on-site at The Colony Club. The app is there to tidy up the admin either side of your visit and make that part simpler.

Getting Set Up

Signing In and Recovering Access

Access to the app uses the Genting Rewards login you registered with - your email address and chosen password. If you forget the password, you simply tap Forgot Password on the login screen. The system sends a reset link to your registered email, and you follow that link to set a fresh password before signing in again.
